Eixample Building

Our Eixample building is located in the coveted area known as the 'Quadrat d'Or' (Golden Square), right in the heart of the Eixample district. This neighbourhood was the cradle of ‘Modernisme,’ the influential Catalan arts and crafts movement that flourished in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Nestled at the intersection of Carrer d'Enric Granados – a tranquil single-lane street with wide sidewalks– and Carrer de Provença, our location epitomizes Barcelona's distinctive Eixample architecture. This area boasts restaurants and cafes with outdoor seating, exclusive boutiques and art galleries.

The building, crafted in the classical Eixample style, comprises eight modern apartments spread across four floors. A rooftop terrace offers a delightful setting to enjoy Barcelona’s pleasant weather during breakfast or dinner al-fresco. While the building doesn't have dedicated parking, we've arranged an agreement with a nearby parking lot, ensuring convenient access for our guests.
