No physical contact
We have adapted our processes so that the reservation, entry and exit of the apartment can be done without having physical contact with our team. The entire process is done electronically and remotely, including payment, passport registration and key handover. This can be done whether the reservation is made through the web, by email or by phone, even if third-party channels are used.
We remain available to our clients by phone or email, during office hours. Of course, our 24 hour emergency phone remains active.
All our buildings have the possibility of reserving a parking space. This means that our clients can come with their own vehicle from home, without depending on means of transportation with a higher risk of infection such as trains, buses and airplanes. Door to door with total safety.
Adapted cleaning protocol
Our cleaning team has adapted its way of working, following a strict anti-Covid-19 protocol. Chemicals have been changed, sensitive surfaces are cleaned with special care and ventilation has been increased. All cleaning specialists work using PPE.
Certified laundry protocol
Our laundry has certified its linen treatment protocol, both in the products used, and in the handling of linen before and after washing.
We have had for years our courtesy hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in the lobby of our buildings. In addition, along with the apartment keys, we deliver a complimentary bottle of gel so that you can take it with you anywhere.
Our apartments are complete homes, there are no facilities that are shared with other guests. In addition to privacy, this allows you to have a stay without contact with other guests. All buildings have stairs, for those customers who prefer to avoid using the elevator.
International medical assistance
Bonavista Apartments has an agreement with a prestigious multilingual medical assistance company, available to our international clients 24 hours a day. If necessary, they provide medicalized ambulances and preferential assistance in main hospitals. All apartments have contact information on the front door.
Flexibility of the cancellation policy
In these uncertain times, we understand that we have to be flexible with our clients' plan changes, and we have reduced the free cancellation period to one day prior to arrival.
